Stacy Shewell

With over a decade in the construction industry, Stacy has proven to bring tenacity and spirit to each of her projects. She understands the owner’s needs and has demonstrated a unique ability to foster collaboration and build consensus to keep projects focused, on time and on budget. Stacy has skills in procurement, design and construction management, design-build delivery, project planning and cost control. She has her master’s degree in architecture, and Associate DBIA certification.
Stacy’s past work experience includes performing as Construction Controls Manager on the development management team leading all items relating to the construction contract for the Washington State Convention Center Addition project. Responsibilities included management of GCCM scheduling, budgeting, procurement, and MACC negotiation. Additionally, in a previous role, Stacy acted as Facilities Manager for the City of Spokane, overseeing maintenance and operations as well as capital facilities planning and procurement. While with the City, she managed procurement, design and construction of the Nelson Service Center project, a DBIA national award-winning Design-Build fleet maintenance facility.
