Marco has 29 years’ experience in the mechanical design and build industry, the last 26 years at McKinstry Company, a national consulting, construction, energy and facility services firm based in Seattle. He has well-rounded work experience through his progression of responsibilities in Purchasing, Construction Management, Estimating, Preconstruction, Sales and Account Executive roles. As McKinstry’s Business Development Manager for the Western Washington Region he leads the Company’s market analysis, strategic positioning, and oversees account executives strategic account planning.  Marco is a respected design build leader in the commercial, institutional and industrial markets and has built networks in the Developer, Architectural, Engineering and General Contracting communities. He currently serves on the board of directors for NAIOP, the Design-Build Institute of America and has held chair positions for the Mechanical Contractors Association for over 14 years.
